Project Overview

Gensyn is a UK-based company founded in 2020 by Ben Fielding and Harry Grieve. It offers a decentralized machine learning compute protocol that connects global GPU resources into a unified network, providing developers with scalable and cost-effective solutions for AI model training. By leveraging blockchain technology, Gensyn ensures secure and verifiable compute tasks, democratizing access to machine learning capabilities.

The Challenge

Gensyn, with its strong technological and academic foundation, required a robust marketing framework to establish its brand, develop an engaging online presence, and position itself as a thought leader in the decentralized AI compute space. The objective was to create a sustainable marketing strategy that the team could maintain with minimal effort, allowing them to focus on product development.

During my three-month engagement with Gensyn, I implemented the following strategies:
