Project Overview

LandVault, originally known as Admix, transitioned from in-game advertising to becoming a leading builder in the metaverse, offering end-to-end services for brands entering virtual worlds. The company specializes in creating, deploying, and monetizing immersive 3D experiences, assisting clients in establishing a presence in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The Challenge

As LandVault shifted its focus to the metaverse, it required a comprehensive marketing strategy to position itself as a leader in this emerging field. The company needed to effectively communicate its new value proposition, engage with high-profile clients, and manage a growing team to deliver complex virtual experiences.

The Approach

In my role as Head of Marketing, I led a 16-person team to execute the following strategies:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Redefined LandVault's brand identity to reflect its new focus on metaverse experiences, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborated with notable brands such as Mastercard, Hershey's, L'Oreal, Heineken, Dior, and Porsche to understand their objectives and deliver tailored metaverse solutions.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Developed and implemented marketing strategies that encompassed social media, content creation, and public relations to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaised between marketing, sales, and product/engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Managed and mentored the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encouraged innovation and high performance.
